Four bakeries in Biloxi, five locations, on Pass Road, Shriners Boulevard, Vee Street and Oak Street in east Biloxi, from donuts to king cakes.
Last checked 2026-10-16. Refreshed every three months.
Biloxi has only a handful of stand-alone bakeries. Two sit on Pass Road in the middle of the peninsula, one is on Oak Street in east Biloxi, Shipley Do-Nuts is on Vee Street near Popps Ferry Road, and Fantasy Donuts has a second shop on Shriners Boulevard north of the Back Bay.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the city limits, which also feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-16. The map data had no bakeries tagged in Biloxi, so every place here was added from the Mississippi State Department of Health’s food facility search, which permits bakeries and donut shops as their own category. Three of the four have no website of their own; we list each only because it holds a current state food permit, and we say “no website” instead of guessing at its hours. Bakery counters inside grocery stores and casinos are not listed. The list is alphabetical; it is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Bakeries can correct their entry through our contact page.

The places
Electrik Maid Bakery, 1833 Pass Road, is a family bakery. WLOX reported in 2014 that it was celebrating 90 years in business, and the station’s 2021 holiday story described the busy season for its pies and cakes. It has no website; its current state bakery permit confirms the address and phone.
Fantasy Donuts has two Biloxi shops, at 1742 Pass Road and 12242 Shriners Blvd., Suite C, in north Biloxi. The web address once linked to the shops now shows only a parked page; both shops hold current state bakery permits, which confirm the addresses and phone numbers.
Le Bakery, 280 Oak St., is a bakery and cafe in east Biloxi, permitted by the state as both. WLOX reported in January 2024 on the bakery keeping up with king cake demand during Carnival season. It has no website we could find. It is also on our breakfast and coffee list.
Shipley Do-Nuts, 896 Vee St., near Popps Ferry Road, sells donuts and kolaches. Its location page lists pickup and delivery and opens at 5:30 a.m. every day, with closing times that move later toward the weekend.
