Biloxi’s restaurants gather in a few places: downtown, around Howard Avenue, Main Street and Lameuse Street; Beach Boulevard, from the casino strip in east Biloxi west to Edgewater Mall; the Pass Road corridor through the middle of the peninsula; and Cedar Lake Road and Woolmarket, north of the Back Bay. These lists cover places inside the city limits, so restaurants with a Biloxi mailing address in D’Iberville or unincorporated Harrison County are not on them.

How we made these lists. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Biloxi’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-16. Because the map data for Biloxi is thin, we added places from the Mississippi State Department of Health’s food facility search and Edgewater Mall’s store directory. Many Biloxi restaurants have no website of their own; we list those only when they hold a current state food permit, and we say so. Restaurants inside casinos are not listed. Every list is alphabetical. None is a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on any of them. Run a restaurant? Write to us to correct or add your entry.

Where to get wings covers seven places, mostly pizza chains on Pass Road plus sports bars and pubs downtown, Applebee’s on Cedar Lake Road and Jet’s Pizza on Highway 67.

Where to get pizza lists 11 pizza places, from a wood-fired Neapolitan oven near Edgewater Mall to independent shops on Pass Road, Porter Avenue and Cedar Lake Road.

Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants lists 10 places on Beach Boulevard, Pass Road, Popps Ferry Road, Cedar Lake Road and Porter Avenue, plus a taqueria in the mall food court.

Breakfast and coffee lists 12 places, from a scratch-kitchen brunch spot on Howard Avenue to drive-thru coffee on Pass Road, a coffee shop in Woolmarket and the 24-hour IHOP and Waffle Houses.

Where to get burgers lists seven places downtown, on Beach Boulevard and on Cedar Lake Road, including two with outdoor seating.

Sushi and Asian restaurants lists 13 sushi, hibachi, Korean, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, most of them on Pass Road and in east Biloxi.

Ice cream and desserts lists nine places for snowballs, ice cream, frozen yogurt, paletas and cookies.

Bakeries lists four bakeries and donut shops on Pass Road, Oak Street, Vee Street and Shriners Boulevard.

Patios and outdoor dining lists seven restaurants with patios, courtyards or outside bars, on the beach and downtown.

We did not publish a barbecue list this quarter: only one barbecue counter inside the city limits, in the Edgewater Mall food court, holds a current state food permit.
