Seven Biloxi restaurants with patios, courtyards or outside bars, on Beach Boulevard facing the Gulf and downtown on Main Street and Howard Avenue.
Last checked 2026-10-16. Refreshed every three months.
Outdoor dining in Biloxi comes in two kinds: beachfront restaurants and bars along Beach Boulevard, facing the Mississippi Sound, and downtown patios and courtyards on Main Street, Howard Avenue and Rue Magnolia.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the city limits, which also feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-16. Because the map data for Biloxi is thin, we added places from the Mississippi State Department of Health’s food facility search. A restaurant is listed only if its own site describes a patio, courtyard or outside dining, or if its state permits name an outdoor bar; we say which. A place with no website is listed only if it holds a current state food permit. Seating for hotel and casino guests is not listed. The list is alphabetical; it is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Restaurants can correct their entry through our contact page.

The places
The Blind Tiger, 265 Beach Blvd., is a beachfront restaurant and bar in east Biloxi whose state permits include an outside bar as well as its main bar. The web address it once used now points elsewhere, so we list it as having no website. Its state record gives no phone number.
Mary Mahoney’s Old French House, 110 Rue Magnolia, on U.S. 90 across from the Hard Rock and Beau Rivage, seats diners in a New Orleans-style courtyard under a centuries-old live oak, its site says. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and the dinner menu is served all day. It is closed Sundays.
McElroy’s Harbor House, 695 Beach Blvd., is a restaurant near the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor whose state permits include an oyster bar and an outside bar. It has no website we could reach; its current state food permit confirms the address and phone.
Mugshots Grill & Bar, 130 Main St., has a covered outdoor patio with tables, bar seating and TVs, according to its Biloxi page, and leashed dogs are welcome there. It serves burgers, smashburgers and wings and does not take reservations.
The Reef, 1749 Beach Blvd., sits directly on Biloxi Beach and offers outside dining as well as an air-conditioned dining room, its site says. The upstairs Sky Bar opens at 4 p.m. Friday and at 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. It does not take to-go orders by phone.
Shaggy’s Biloxi Beach, 1763 Beach Blvd., describes an island atmosphere with seafood, margaritas and views of the Gulf on its location page. Its state permits name a patio bar and a sand bar alongside the main bar, plus an ice cream counter. It runs an online waitlist.
The Toasted Yolk Cafe, 906 Howard Ave., is a downtown breakfast and brunch spot that lists a patio, a full bar and private events on its Biloxi page.
