Biloxi’s sweet stops gather along Beach Boulevard, where two beachfront restaurants run ice cream counters and Edgewater Mall has cookies and frozen yogurt, and in the neighborhoods, where snowball stands sit on Division Street, Main Street, Iberville Drive and Cedar Lake Road.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the city limits, which also feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-16. The map data had no dessert shops tagged in Biloxi, so every place here was added from the Mississippi State Department of Health’s food facility search, which permits snowball stands and ice cream counters separately, or from Edgewater Mall’s store directory. Most of these places have no website of their own; we list one only if it holds a current state food permit, and we say “no website” instead of guessing at its hours. Call the stands before you go. Dessert counters inside casinos are not listed. The list is alphabetical; it is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it.
